What you will do

• Lead governance design and operational health for M365 automation, low-code apps, and AI-assisted workflow services.
• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 automation workloads using PowerShell and workflow automation services.
• Develop Power Platform applications and Copilot Studio agents leveraging AI to drive end-user productivity.
• Mentor a team of automation specialists by providing architectural direction, code reviews, and standards enforcement.
• Partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to align automation and AI usage with enterprise policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a High School Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell for M365 and identity-based automation at enterprise scale.
• 3+ years of experience administering M365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• 5+ years of experience building enterprise-scale automation for licensing, identity, and employee lifecycle management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform governance, DLP design, and environment segmentation.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
