Location: Must be based in Canada (Hybrid model).

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Develop product and platform strategies by collaborating with leadership to define architectural principles and roadmaps.
• Participate in the Architecture Strategy Centre of Excellence to maintain a comprehensive target state architecture.
• Guide squad-level technical spikes, prototyping, and productionization of selected solutions.
• Synchronize release planning across platforms by participating in Communities of Practice.
• Document and socialize architectural standards across the organization.
• Govern architectural changes through peer reviews and participation in steering committees.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Deep expertise in T-Shaped Architecture Practice, covering solution, application, infrastructure, security, and data domains.
• Proven ability to balance intentional strategic architecture with emergent, squad-level execution.
• Strong technical thought leadership and experience collaborating with product owners and platform leaders.
• Commitment to continuous technical development within the product and platform ecosystem.
