Location: Hybrid (Philadelphia); Must be based in the US and able to work from the Philadelphia office 3–4 days per week

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers across various CRE asset classes and sectors.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth prospecting and sourcing of potential sponsors.
  • Generate new meetings, proposals, and contracts to build a strong pipeline for the senior sales team.
  • Document and track all daily sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the event production department to design sponsor-friendly programs that align with client interests.
  • Brainstorm fresh topic ideas to adapt the platform to current industry trends.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales experience.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • No sponsorship (H1-B or other visas) will be provided.
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate, media, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to learn fast in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Available to start on July 6th, 2026.
