Hybrid in New York City, NY (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in-office)
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 (New York) + variable bonus and equity

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with digital advertising agency buyers at major holding companies and top independents on the East Coast
- Track sales pipeline, meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Pitch ’s supply, products, and solutions; structure and negotiate private market deals
- Analyze trends and client needs to create customized media plans via programmatic or managed service deals
- Prospect, secure client meetings, manage RFP processes, and close deals
- Consult on new inventory and buyside products; monitor results and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4-6 years adtech sales/consulting experience with large East Coast digital agencies
- Proven history exceeding revenue targets; experience in online advertising, ideally online video/OTT and programmatic
- Strong relationships in agencies; experience with Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, data analysis
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
