Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight for the DER partner portfolio and lead the sourcing and onboarding of new partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Partner Solutions team to promote operational excellence and professional growth.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with partner organizations to align on strategic priorities and resolve critical issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure ecosystem objectives are met.
• Guide contract negotiations, pricing terms, and legal reviews for partnership agreements.
• Oversee market research and financial management, including partner invoicing and vendor analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience in technology, energy services, or strategic partner management.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams, including experience managing other managers.
• Proven track record in building high-level relationships and influencing executive decision-makers.
• Exceptional project and program management skills, capable of handling a portfolio of complex workstreams.
• Extensive experience in contract execution and advising on complex partnership agreements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS software or the US energy industry.
• Deep understanding and experience with Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technologies.
