What you will do

• Build dashboards driving understanding of DeFi protocols and stablecoin activity for PMs, engineers, partnerships, and executives.
• Run analyses on liquidity, trading volumes, lending utilization, holder behavior, and stablecoin velocity to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Develop measurement frameworks for DeFi protocol health, wash trading detection, real vs. incentivized activity, and stablecoin adoption.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to set standards for DeFi and stablecoin measurement.
• Partner with BD and partnerships to measure impact of integrations with DeFi protocols, stablecoin issuers, and market makers.
• Make data processing jobs run reliably in a lightweight environment.

Requirements

• Existing web3 experience navigating on-chain data, DeFi protocols, and crypto ecosystem
• Strong SQL and visualization skills
• Hands-on experience with on-chain data (e.g., Dune, Flipside, Allium, raw node/indexer data)
• Familiarity with DeFi primitives and metrics (TVL, volume, LP economics, lending utilization, mint/redeem activity)
• Deep interest in DeFi, stablecoins, and on-chain financial infrastructure
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach across teams

Nice to have

• Backgrounds in quantitative finance, trading, market making, exchanges, or fintech analytics
• Experience with market microstructure or trading analytics
• Experience writing analytics engineering pipelines (e.g., dbt)
