Salary: $158,000–$238,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

• Partner with product teams to identify opportunities in DeFi, tokenized equities, and perpetuals.
• Design and evaluate product experiments to inform strategy using data-driven insights.

• Develop models to assess lending mechanisms, protocol efficiency, and market behavior.
• Communicate research findings to engineering, finance, and design stakeholders to guide development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Proven ability to design experiments and interpret outcomes for product optimization.
• Domain expertise in crypto, including onchain data and DeFi ecosystems.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and cross-functional partners.
