What you will do

• Develop advanced analytics on RiskOS data to identify fraud patterns and improve risk strategies.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and production ML workflows for both batch and streaming use cases.
• Lead the design and evaluation of Generative AI solutions, including LLM agents and prompt-based tools.
• Build core DS infrastructure such as feature stores, model-serving APIs, and monitoring frameworks.
• Deploy production-grade solutions with integrated telemetry, alerting, and feedback loops.
• Mentor other data scientists and set company-wide standards for ML and GenAI explainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; sponsorship is not provided now or in the future.
• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data science, ML, or data engineering, specifically in fraud/risk analytics.
• Proven track record of applying Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents) in production contexts.
• Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks, Spark, or BigQuery.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with identity verification, fraud/risk modeling, or trust & safety.
• Prior work on orchestration platforms, case-management tools, or decision engines.
• Experience mentoring senior ICs and setting technical direction for a data science group.
