Salary: $144,000 - $176,000 annually (typical starting $160,000)

What you will do

• Own predictive modeling for LTV, churn, retention, and early-signal customer quality
• Support rollout of experiment infrastructure and establish A/B testing standards
• Partner with GTM, Sales, Finance, Product to frame analytical problems
• Define and improve core metric definitions
• Deliver stakeholder insights and presentations that drive decisions
• Contribute to roadmap planning and mentor junior data scientists

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying predictive models like LTV, churn, lead scoring
• Deep comfort with SQL and Python for statistical analyses
• Strong business instincts and experience with A/B testing
• Thrive in ambiguous environments and ramp quickly
• Clear communicator bridging technical and business needs
• Comfort with modern analytics stack; Snowflake and dbt strong plus
