TL;DR

Account Executive: Target and close net new accounts, re-engage dormant accounts through prospecting, outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, managing full sales cycle. Focus on researching customers, aligning hirify.global’s value proposition, optimizing sales funnel, and driving revenue growth.

Location: Remote (Canada). We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close leads by engaging dormant accounts and generating new ones, including managing inbound leads.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to present value proposition and secure business.
  • Manage sales funnel, coordinate stakeholders, follow up to nurture leads toward conversion.
  • Evolve demand generation strategy and tactics as you gain experience.
  • Build and expand client relationships, hit quotas, maintain data integrity in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 1 year of closing experience.
  • Persistent, enthusiastic, ambitious mindset to handle rejections.
  • Curious about people, problems, companies, and industries.
  • Thrive with autonomy, ownership, and accountability as individual contributor.
  • Go-getter self-starter passionate about hunting new accounts.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment with diverse challenges.
