What you will do

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand and prioritize customer use case demand plans.
• Lead post-technical win strategies and execution for hirify.global use cases in strategic accounts.
• Act as accountable technical leader for use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption.
• Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production status across multiple use cases.
• Leverage shared services, support, and expert resources to execute beyond your scope.
• Create and execute point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
• Develop comprehensive execution plans covering use cases, enablement, adoption, optimization, and governance.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, health, risks, adoption, and progression to Technical GM.

Requirements

• 7+ years accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Technical program/project management with account, stakeholder, and resource accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives and conducting discovery workshops/roadmaps
• Track record of overachievement against quotas or goals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Can travel up to 30% when needed
