What you will do

  • Own hirify.global.com as primary growth channel: define vision, roadmap, KPIs; drive SEO/AEO, content, and conversion optimization via A/B tests.
  • Manage end-to-end self-serve funnel from signup to sales handoff, instrument metrics, and activate product-led growth levers like trials and onboarding.
  • Bridge Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales: translate objectives to requirements, align lead scoring, and ensure features support go-to-market.
  • Leverage AI for rapid prototyping, personalization, and analysis; stay ahead on B2B growth innovations.
  • Build dashboards for traffic, funnels, attribution; own experimentation program with hypothesis prioritization and statistical rigor.

Requirements

  • Product management experience with depth in growth, conversion, or PLG at high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Track record driving web traffic, signup/activation rates, or pipeline via funnels, cohorts, experiments.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise B2B sales cycles; logistics/supply chain/SaaS experience plus.
  • Power user of AI tools (Claude, Codex) for prototyping/analysis; fluent in analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), SQL, marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong product craft: PRDs, metrics, iterative shipping; excellent cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

  • Former tech founder or early-stage operator owning full GTM for B2B product.
  • Experience using low-code AI for landing pages or automations.
