What you will do

• Define AI-augmented agent development workflows including drafting journeys, simulations, conversation analysis, and natural language improvements.
• Design human-in-the-loop patterns like approval flows, change reviews, and workspace isolation to build customer trust.
• Partner with AI/ML and platform engineering on model selection, harness engineering, execution architecture, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Represent the voice of agent builders by understanding pain points of CX managers, developers, and technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with direct work on large language models.
• Experience shipping frontier AI products, understanding model capabilities, limitations, evaluation, and non-deterministic UX.
• Track record of 0→1 product development driving to broad adoption in high ambiguity.
• Strong technical depth to engage on architecture decisions like harness design, workspace isolation, and API design.
