Salary: $240K – $300K + Equity

What you will do

• Define strategic priorities and the roadmap for advanced retrieval capabilities built on hirify.global’s vector database.
• Analyze customer and stakeholder needs to distill them into actionable product requirement documents.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to translate strategic goals into product initiatives.
• Forecast timelines and communicate product strategy and deliverables to company leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the ML, LLM, or Gen AI space.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Deeply connected to the ML, Agentic, or GenAI community.

Nice to have

• Experience building cloud software infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success as a self-starter in an unstructured environment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Passion for machine learning, search, and cutting-edge AI research.
