What you will do

• Own and prioritize the technology and agentic AI roadmap across Customer Support, Fulfillment, and Pricing teams.
• Build and ship Claude Cowork and Claude Code agents to automate high-volume internal workflows.
• Design and deploy self-service tooling to eliminate operational dependencies on engineering teams.
• Drive data-backed decisions using KPIs such as resolution time, AI deflection rate, and broken order rate.
• Train operations teams on prompt engineering and agent-building while managing AI governance.
• Manage and evolve integration relationships with operational platforms like Intercom.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years owning internal tools or operational platforms.
• Mandatory: Provable track record of deploying AI agents using Claude Cowork or Claude Code with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data schemas, system integrations, and LLM architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce operational cost-to-serve and move support-related metrics.
• Experience managing integration relationships with tooling vendors.
• Eligible to work in the US (indicated by California-specific legal notices).

Nice to have

• Experience in ticketing, marketplace, or high-volume transactional platforms.
• Familiarity with time-sensitive inventory and fulfillment environments.
