Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year (varies by location)

What you will do

• Represent the voice of AI builders in marketplace design to support diverse grounding use cases.
• Define and evolve access tiers, usage models, and APIs for enterprise model-builder needs.
• Partner with data science teams to define quantitative measures of grounding quality and value signals.
• Drive experiment roadmaps to establish price discovery and value-based content payouts.
• Collaborate with business development teams to translate customer requirements into product features.
• Advocate for publisher interests and define common interoperability standards for AI content usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product/service/program management experience.
• Strong familiarity with LLM grounding, RAG systems, or data retrieval APIs.
• Proven experience in running experiments, defining metrics, and interpreting analytical data.
• Background in economics, data science, or applied experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into executive strategy.
• Must be able to work from a hirify.global office at least four days per week.
