Salary: $182,000 - $285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Own and deliver partner-sourced revenue targets through co-sell strategies and joint business planning.
  • Define technical and operational requirements to allow partners to act as a seamless extension of internal delivery teams.
  • Build and manage the global "hirify.global Standard" for external partner enablement and certification.
  • Monitor partner-led implementation quality and client satisfaction via the "Partner Scorecard."
  • Serve as the primary operational lead for Tier-1 global strategic alliances.
  • Provide ecosystem feedback to R&D to improve product implementability and align with Sales for enterprise pursuits.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management within the B2B SaaS or Fintech space.
  • Deep experience managing technical delivery partners for high-growth platforms.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of institutional data and reporting needs for sophisticated investors.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% for industry events and partner summits.
