Location: San Francisco, CA

Salary: $165,000 – $230,000

hirify.global builds the foundation for agent engineering, enabling developers to move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents.

What you will do

  • Own and grow co-sell motions with AWS and GCP to drive sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Manage presence on AWS and GCP Marketplaces, including ACE hygiene and program enrollment.
  • Build strong working relationships with alliance managers and field sellers at hyperscale cloud providers.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, solutions engineering, and marketing teams to leverage cloud angles in deals.
  • Execute co-branded campaigns and events to generate pipeline and strengthen market positioning.
  • Identify and operationalize new funding opportunities and partner programs (e.g., AWS ISV Accelerate).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling co-sell motions with AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience with cloud marketplace transactions (MPPO, CPPO) and GTM platforms.
  • Technical foundation to speak credibly with builders about how products fit into a customer's stack.
  • Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong operational discipline in pipeline management and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships at AWS or GCP (ISV, field sellers, or marketplace teams).
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, LLMs, and developer tooling.
  • Experience with partner programs specific to AI and data.
  • Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a PLG motion.
