What you will do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate to drive acquisition and revenue.
  • Design and scale loyalty programs to boost customer lifetime value, advocacy, and repeat purchases.
  • Optimize omnichannel efforts including social, mobile, email, and e-commerce for consistent customer experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals while partnering cross-functionally.
  • Leverage analytics, AI personalization, and martech tools like DMPs, CDPs, and CRM for targeting and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or related; MBA preferred; 10+ years in digital marketing, 5+ in senior leadership.
  • Proven success in performance marketing and loyalty programs in consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Affiliate, analytics, CRM (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of Americas market trends and dynamics.
  • Strategic analytical mindset, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
