What you will do
- Own metro and site P&L and customer metrics including GMV, fleet utilization, take rate, growth, retention, and frequency.
- Build healthy, customer-relevant marketplaces measured by utilization, frequency, retention, and economics.
- Drive regional and local sales and partnerships, activating enterprise partners.
- Execute local go-to-market and marketing strategies for community engagement and brand building.
- Handle site selection, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and experimentation with new use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams and LA operations while advocating for customers and representing externally.
Requirements
- Must be based in the LA metro and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Commercial, sales, or business leadership experience with P&L ownership or revenue accountability.
- Proven scaling of products/businesses in regulated or complex environments.
- Deep commercial acumen to translate market insights into growth plans.
- Experience collaborating with product/platform, ops, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution skills.
