Sales Director

Hi! We’re TripleTen, an online coding bootcamp. We help people from different backgrounds start a career in IT. We are looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for developing the 🇺🇸 US direction and building a stable and predictable sales department.

You will become the owner of the entire customer journey — from the first call to payment. You will strengthen the team, improve processes, and increase conversion at key stages. For this role, it is important to have systemic thinking, management experience, attention to metrics, and the ability to maintain a healthy working atmosphere in the team.

Salary $7,000–9,000 fixed + options
