Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD

An enterprise health technology company providing comprehensive pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and health benefit management solutions for employers and health plans.

What you will do

  • Lead the client relationship strategy and strategic business planning for a portfolio of PBA market segment clients.
  • Manage account renewals, contracting processes, and PNL management with a focus on retention.
  • Coordinate the broader Account Management team to ensure member satisfaction and contractual obligation fulfillment.
  • Analyze pharmacy and healthcare trends to provide proactive recommendations for plan management.
  • Partner with Business Development and Underwriting teams to support growth efforts and RFP processes.
  • Serve as the primary content expert for Health Plan and TPA clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy (Health Plan, Managed Care, or PBM).
  • Required knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Health Exchange pharmacy.
  • Proven track record of building trust in internal and external professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically handling large data sets in Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to present to client groups.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Experience working with clients subject to TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) rules and regulations.
