Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Review, interpret, draft, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts for sales and channel partners
• Advise business teams on legal strategy, operational impacts, and risk tolerances
• Handle supplier contracts, including services agreements, leases, and software licenses
• Build relationships with stakeholders to develop policies, ensure compliance, and achieve efficiencies
• Escalate issues to experts and perform additional legal duties as needed

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited institution and U.S. State Bar member in good standing
• Minimum 3 years in-house legal experience in computer technology industry at multinational company
• Based in Austin, TX with right to work in the US
• Intellectually curious with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy and security in technology transactions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Salesforce
• Comfort working with AI tools
