TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Analytics): Developing and managing a territory of "Digital Native" Commercial accounts with an accent on winning new hirify.global customers. Focus on pipeline generation, establishing trust with end-users, and managing complex sales cycles.

Location: Hybrid US - New York or Chicago. Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $115k–$165k per year. Actual compensation may vary.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a territory of "Digital Native" Commercial accounts, focusing on winning new hirify.global customers.
  • Generate pipeline through prospecting and make it a core business activity.
  • Develop new opportunities and establish trust with end-users, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in person and via web-based technologies.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with very large companies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years quota carrying experience in a technology sales environment; prior inside sales experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while teaming up with business partners to sell technology solutions priced at $50,000+.
  • Well-spoken and poised with the ability to command attention and bring a high level of energy.
  • Demonstrate AI literacy and workflow integration.
  • Interested in career growth and continuous learning.

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher).
