TL;DR

Revenue Enablement Program Manager (UCaaS/CCaaS): Own development and delivery of micro and programmatic training content as Product Specialist with an accent on product portfolio, pricing workflows, and go-to-market strategy. Focus on designing hands-on learning activities, bridging technical gaps, facilitating sales mastery, and driving data-informed enablement initiatives.

Location: Opportunity to be based in one of our US Hubs (e.g., Austin)

What you will do

  • Act as Product & Pricing SME: own enablement for hirify.global's product portfolio, updates, launches, and maintain materials in CMS like Highspot.
  • Lead product launch enablement: curate training, resources, feedback loops for Revenue roles.
  • Ensure product readiness for sales: partner with Sales Engineering to design training addressing skill gaps in discovery, scoping, quoting.
  • Deliver data-driven enablement: run workshops, demo certifications, feedback sessions, and track outcomes using hirify.global tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Solutions Marketing, Sales Engineering to simplify documentation and reduce selling friction.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Engineering, or related, ideally in UCaaS/CCaaS
  • Strong technical acumen in sales processes and revenue team enablement
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing projects in fast-paced environment with proactive problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales experience preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with Generative/Agentic AI Tools, Docebo (LMS), Highspot (CMS)
