Location: Paris, France (in-office 5 days a week). Prioritize key markets UK, France, Germany.

What you will do

  • Translate global campaigns into EMEA-focused plans aligned to pipeline goals and regional dynamics.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel programs including events, ABM, digital, and webinars across the funnel.
  • Partner with sales to prioritize accounts, build engagement plans, and accelerate deals.
  • Own strategy and execution of field events, roadshows, roundtables, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with partners for joint campaigns and extend reach in key markets.
  • Adapt messaging for regional relevance, track KPIs, and optimize for ROI.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated campaigns in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience driving pipeline in EMEA markets, especially UK, France, Germany.
  • Proven track record of sales partnership and account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaign execution and data-driven performance.
  • Comfortable with strategy, execution, and simplifying complexity.
