What you will do

• Plan and execute regional events including conferences, meetups, webinars, and hirify.global Summit, handling logistics, registrations, and communications.
• Localize global content and messaging for South Europe audience, create collateral, presentations, and customer success stories.
• Support ABM activities by preparing materials, coordinating communications, and tracking outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales team (AEs, CSMs, BDRs) to align marketing with sales objectives and provide localized materials and insights.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI and contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably tech/software.
• Understanding of South Europe market dynamics.
• Expertise in end-to-end campaigns, ABM, events, content development.
• Hands-on with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Excellent English and French (verbal/written); Spanish/Italian a plus.
• Must be based near Paris, open to regional travel.
