What you will do

• Launch anchor missions by mapping and enlisting respected customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
• Build relationships with key prospects, influencers, and local entities like trade associations.
• Ideate, run, and measure impact of local events from breakfasts to networking gatherings hosted at customer sites.
• Create raw customer stories and content using phone and basic tools, collaborating with social team for videos and case studies.
• Update field sales materials with fresh data and stories from local activities.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, account managers, product marketing, social, and partnerships teams.

Requirements

• Hospitality background with relevant experience and contacts.
• Ability to independently create, film, edit, and write content using tools like Canva, iMovie, or AI.
• Comfortable working out of office in assigned cities to connect with audience.
• Self-starter with strategic mindset and sales understanding to track offline impact on growth.
• Strong experience in planning and running events, ideally in hospitality.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Looker, and Hootsuite.
• Knowledge of UTM links and QR codes for tracking.
