TL;DR

What you will do

  • Prospect and acquire net-new key clients ($50M–$1B revenue) across priority verticals through outbound activity.
  • Build and manage robust sales pipeline, meeting weekly generation targets and activity metrics.
  • Drive full sales cycles from outreach to close in complex mid-market and enterprise environments.
  • Position hirify.global’s platform as scalable infrastructure for marketplace and digital commerce operations.
  • Engage executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional sales motions, and execute deal strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and leadership to advance opportunities and maintain forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS/technology field sales experience in closing new logo acquisition with national key accounts ($50M–$1B+ revenue)
  • Proven success in 6+ month sales cycles, closing $100K+ ACV deals, and 100%+ quota attainment for 4+ quarters
  • Strong outbound prospecting (40–60+ daily touchpoints, 10+ qualified meetings/month) and hunter mindset
  • Mastery of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Experience selling complex platforms to C-suite in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern US time zones

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in commerce, retail technology, marketplaces, or data-driven/AI solutions
  • Sales into multi-division or channel-influenced environments
