Sales Representative (Software Solution Sales): Drive profitable revenue growth via outbound calling to new and existing customers in tax and accounting software with an accent on meeting sales quotas, growing share of wallet, and acquiring net new customers. Focus on developing territory sales plans, building sales pipelines, and executing the GREAT sales process.
Location: Hybrid requiring work from Toronto office on a weekly basis (8 days/month), North York, Canada
Salary: $50,100 - $76,350 CAD (plus commission)

What you will do
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through outbound activities.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans for assigned accounts to grow revenues.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline supporting ongoing target achievement.
- Monitor progress using Salesforce reports and provide monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Follow up on marketing qualified leads and execute sales methodology.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to discuss functionality and counter objections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of successful B2B/B2C/B2G inside sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct daily outbound telephone activities independently and in a team.
Nice to have
- Experience selling software/SaaS or cloud solutions.
- Tax & Accounting industry knowledge.
- Bilingual French/English fluency (native or professional business level).
