TL;DR

Brand Strategist (Marketing): Translating brand strategy into marketing initiatives across channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints with an accent on consistent positioning, voice, and visual identity. Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid workforce, prioritize hiring talent in Charlotte area). Roles may be remote, hybrid, office, or field-based depending on position and business needs.

What you will do

  • Translate brand strategy into consistent marketing initiatives, ensuring uniform positioning, voice, and visual identity.
  • Manage development and implementation of brand initiatives for acquisition, retention, internal communications, and growth.
  • Apply messaging frameworks across materials, campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with creative, paid media, CRM, digital, product, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging with audiences.
  • Track brand health metrics, develop insights, and support project management of agency deliverables.
  • Provide day-to-day brand guidance, maintain guidelines, and stay informed on trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in brand management, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience executing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, and CRM channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs from concept to execution.
  • Collaboration with creative teams, channel owners, product marketing, and agencies.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, visual identity, and asset management.
  • Project management skills, performance metrics interpretation, excellent communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
