Senior Strategist

TL;DR

Senior Strategist (Marketing): Developing strategic plans and multi-channel campaigns with a focus on social, digital, influencer/advocacy, and partnerships. Focus on researching, gathering data, and understanding online target audiences to inform campaigns and achieve client objectives.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in (or within commuting distance of) one of our US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.

Salary: $92,000 - $115,000 per annum

What you will do

• Research and gather data to develop well-informed strategic plans.
• Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindsets.
• Produce cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns and evergreen strategies.
• Lead social and content strategy briefs.
• Present findings to senior staff members and clients.

Requirements

• Curiosity and a desire to learn why things are the way they are.
• Minimum 4 years working in social media or digital marketing strategy.
• A proven track record of developing strategic plans that benefit clients.
• A good knowledge of the digital and social media space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity.
