What you will do

• Drive innovation planning, including new product ideation, setup, stage-gate deliverables, and launch logistics.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Creative, R&D, Supply Chain, Insights, Finance, and Legal to update product documents and claims.
• Oversee creative development for packaging and assets across European and APAC markets for retail and foodservice.
• Manage product commercialization, creating sales materials, pitch decks, and go-to-market strategies tailored to local needs.
• Handle P&L management, budget tracking, PO creation, and vendor payments.
• Maintain sales enablement tools, product specs, and portfolio summaries.

Requirements

• Must work remotely in the USA; M-F, 8AM-5PM.
• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Marketing, Strategy, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in Innovation, Marketing, or Strategy in consumer brands a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills to summarize complex info and align teams.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
