What you will do

• Act as the strategic account lead and main point of contact for senior-level clients and C-Suite executives.
• Develop and drive comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies spanning demand generation, sales, CRM, and customer success.
• Oversee the execution of tailored strategies within the HubSpot ecosystem to demonstrate clear ROI.
• Analyze performance data to provide monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Directly manage and develop 1-2 Marketing Specialists.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand retainer scope and recommend complementary services to meet client goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy.
• Proven expertise and essential certifications in the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team of professionals working on client accounts.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare, Professional Services, SaaS, Education, Manufacturing, or Senior Living industries.
• Previous experience working remotely in similar roles.
