What you will do
- Act as the strategic account lead and main point of contact for senior-level clients and C-Suite executives.
- Develop and drive comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies spanning demand generation, sales, CRM, and customer success.
- Oversee the execution of tailored strategies within the HubSpot ecosystem to demonstrate clear ROI.
- Analyze performance data to provide monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Directly manage and develop 1-2 Marketing Specialists.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand retainer scope and recommend complementary services to meet client goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy.
- Proven expertise and essential certifications in the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead and direct a team of professionals working on client accounts.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in Healthcare, Professional Services, SaaS, Education, Manufacturing, or Senior Living industries.
- Previous experience working remotely in similar roles.
