Acquisition Marketing Lead

What you will do

• Own acquisition campaign strategy for Direct Mail, Email, SMS including segmentation, creative, offers, cadence, and reporting.
• Develop roadmaps and testing agendas (A/B, multivariate) to improve KPIs like response rate, CPA, ROAS.
• Partner with Analytics, Creative, Product, Strategy teams for targeting, fulfillment, and measurement.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting to maximize ROI.
• Translate insights into recommendations and present to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM, TCPA.

Requirements

• English required.
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications or related.
• 5+ years in performance/acquisition marketing, owning 2+ of Direct Mail, Email, SMS.
• Experience managing budgets, data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in email platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of Direct Mail production, SMS compliance (TCPA).
• Analytical skills, A/B testing, reporting tools.
• Strong communication for presenting to stakeholders.

• Experience in telecom, financial services, retail, insurance.
