- Drive program strategy and execution by defining project charters, timelines, and ensuring team delivery.
- Navigate ambiguity in chaotic situations, identifying gaps and creating structure.
- Connect People team with broader business, aligning stakeholders, flagging risks, and preventing silos.
- Master change management with communication plans and adoption strategies for distributed workforce.
- Continuously improve processes while delivering programs and removing blockers to multiply team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing complex programs in high-growth, consulting, or large organizations with proven examples of delivered projects.
- High agency, accountability, and ability to drive projects independently.
- Strong communication to engage senior leaders and employees, synthesizing data into narratives.
- Tech savviness with project tools like Monday.com, Jira; data-driven decisions; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse) as bonus.
- Impact mindset excited by variety across Talent Management, Culture initiatives, etc.
