What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
• Provide evidence-based treatment and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and related conditions.
• Deliver live 60-minute video intake sessions and regular virtual follow-up appointments.
• Engage families in care planning, mental health education, and supportive measures at home.
• Collaborate with therapists, coaches, physicians, and other care team members, including through consultations and team meetings.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, assess outcomes using data, and follow regulatory, quality, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Active medical license in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, including demonstrated family engagement skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to use live video tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, or Skype.
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and practice within an accredited framework.

• Experience providing telehealth services through video or teletherapy.
