Salary: $316,000 per year on average, with a guaranteed base, equity, benefits, and productivity incentives.

What you will do

• Assess patients through video-based encounters and conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• Manage psychotropic medications, including evaluating medical history, treatment response, adherence, and tolerability.
• Develop behavioral health treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and adjust medication management as needed.
• Maintain sensitive patient records, including examination results, medical histories, and reports.
• Participate in monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review quality assurance process.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in the state of residence.
• Current, active ABPN or AOBNP certification.
• Graduation from an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program.
• Commitment to continuing medical education.
• Comfort using video-conferencing platforms and willingness to learn technologies such as Athena.
• Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms.
