Location: Remote across all U.S. states
Company
provides at-home ketamine therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD and is developing next-generation psychedelic medicines, including MDMA and psilocybin.
What you will do
- Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist and supervising physician for PMHNPs and psychiatric physician assistants.
- Mentor clinicians and support consistently high-quality client care.
- Review and approve clinician audits and reports, applying independent clinical judgment.
- Lead periodic video-based case reviews focused on complex clinical cases.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to uphold evidence-based care protocols and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
- Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills with clinicians and leadership.
- Experience or confidence working in telehealth.
- Availability for scheduled video meetings and responsiveness between touchpoints.
- Passion for psychedelic therapy and clinical excellence.
