Licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO)

Location: Remote in the United States, with listed locations including Los Angeles, Irvine, Long Beach, Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, and San Jose.

Salary: $140,000–$275,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications, monitor treatment progress, and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate.
• Complete timely, accurate, HIPAA- and payer-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, care coordinators, and other providers to support continuity of care.
• Maintain a consistent schedule, meet encounter baselines, and participate in clinical meetings, peer consultation, and professional development.
• Use the InSync platform and other clinical tools to manage caseloads, documentation, and care delivery.

Requirements

• Psychiatrist with an MD or DO and an active, unrestricted license in applicable states.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment and using modern AI productivity tools.
