TL;DR

Focus on building trusted relationships with firm leadership, translating legal workflows into compelling use cases, and driving revenue through consultative strategies.

Home based in Washington DC, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, Illinois, Chicago, Rochester NY, or other US locations. US-based role.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $108,400 - $201,500. Total Target Cash Range: $166,800 - $309,700 (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to research prospects, shape strategies, and drive opportunities from outreach to close.
  • Engage managing partners and firm leadership to position hirify.global as a trusted partner in legal AI and workflow transformation.
  • Conduct senior-level discovery and workflow analysis to identify challenges, decision makers, and ROI opportunities.
  • Translate legal workflows into tailored use cases and solution strategies aligned to practice areas.
  • Design and deliver insight-led demonstrations and presentations for various group sizes.
  • Develop proof-of-concept engagements and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

  • JD with 3+ years practicing law at an AmLaw 50 firm.
  • Background in corporate, finance, disputes/litigation, or complex practice areas with client-facing experience (preferred).
  • Target-driven hunter mindset with pipeline/revenue ownership for new business.
  • Strong executive presence, legal expertise, and AI fluency to build credibility with partners and leadership.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations for legal and business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of legal workflows, service delivery, and legal tech trends.
