Salary: $136,000–$204,000 USD base + $136,000–$204,000+ USD uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Strategically manage and progress enterprise opportunities through long, multi-phase sales cycles
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting in CRM, and disciplined execution
  • Conduct deep discovery, lead value-based presentations, and collaborate with Solution Engineers to demo the platform
  • Develop business cases aligning to executive priorities and drive consensus across buying committees
  • Shape commercial proposals, navigate procurement, and negotiate enterprise agreements
  • Partner with Marketing and Solutions to refine messaging and capitalize on demand-generation
  • Travel up to 40% for prospect meetings and relationship-building on the East Coast

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales with a strong record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • 3+ years in SaaS industry, ideally with enterprise platforms or workflow solutions
  • Confidence working with senior legal stakeholders and navigating decision-making environments
  • Highly passionate, performing, and motivated to exceed quota
  • Strong communicator leading with insight, commercial storytelling, and discovery
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar
