Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year + 10% target annual bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing automation strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
• Design and manage sophisticated automated campaigns, including multi-touch nurture programs and complex lead scoring models.
• Integrate marketing automation platforms with Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data flow and attribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Establish best practices, automation standards, and governance frameworks for scalable operations.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to support sales enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Expert-level proficiency with Marketo and strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to architect complex automated marketing workflows and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data analytics tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
