What you will do

• Ensure new product capabilities are reflected in demo library and models at launch, coordinating with Product and Product Marketing.
• Build and maintain demo environments, template library, and new use case models based on customer insights.
• Support product launches with demo assets, enablement sessions, webinars, and live demos.
• Act as AI-native practitioner using LLMs and hirify.global AI to accelerate model development and prototype innovative demos.
• Provide SC enablement, coaching, onboarding content, and workshop materials for new features.
• Contribute to RFP library and presales analytics using hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in EPM as Solution Consultant, practitioner, implementer, or 2+ years in SC Ops/presales operations.
• Strong model-building skills in hirify.global with understanding of EPM concepts and planning use cases.
• Product-minded with curiosity about new features and ability to translate them into customer value.
• AI-native using LLMs and AI tools; capable of delivering structured, tailored demos.
• Highly organised to manage multiple projects; strong collaborator across teams.

• Experience with prospect/customer insights for use case development.
