What you will do

• Define and evolve visual direction for Clash across game, cosmetics, marketing, trailers, toys, campaigns, and entertainment partners.
• Set standards for style and brand fit, empowering the team to maintain consistency.
• Partner with game design, product, and marketing leaders to align art with gameplay and brand health.
• Mentor artists to produce their best work while aligned to the IP.
• Shape roadmap for modernizing pipelines (2D to 3D, audio, tooling, emerging tech) to free up artist time.
• Represent art strategy with outsourcing partners, Entertainment, marketing, and franchise collaborators.

Requirements

• Track record leading art direction on stylised games; mobile and live-service experience a big plus.
• Deep IP and brand instincts to define on-brand vs off-brand frameworks for teams.
• Leadership on collaborative senior art teams: vision setting, artist development, culture building.
• Strategic experience managing outsourcing and external partners at scale, balancing quality with timelines and budgets.
• Comfort in low-process, high-trust environment owning outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with cosmetics economies or large seasonal content pipelines.
• Bridging game art with marketing/UA: key art, trailers, social.
• Familiarity with Clash as player or from prior work.
