What you will do

• Own the creation, curation, selection, and delivery of key art and visual content in line with marketing objectives, editorial standards, and visual guidelines.
• Create and oversee complex promotional assets across platforms, from concept development through final delivery.
• Lead large-scale visual projects, including contributor commissioning, briefing, and studio or location shoots.
• Research, edit, and produce imagery while ensuring technical compliance, approvals, and usage clearance.
• Manage imagery, embargoes, rollout schedules, usage restrictions, Digital Asset Management workflows, budgets, and external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, press, publicity, production, creative, and traffic teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in photography, photo management, or Digital Asset Management leadership within media, entertainment, or communications.
• Senior-level stakeholder management experience in complex, matrixed, multi-location organisations.
• Hands-on experience with photo editing, retouching, DAM systems, metadata, access controls, and embargoes.
• Experience producing or directing promotional work, managing post-production approvals, curating shot selections, and improving processes.
• Experience commissioning photographers, including negotiation, and creating calendars, trackers, and scalable approval workflows.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is checked before employment.
