What you will do

• Lead mechanical, electrical, and software integration and bring up of self-driving vehicle platform systems.
• Debug issues with self-driving systems and base chassis components across ME, EE, and SW.
• Advise on subsystem requirements, interface definitions, and gather data through tests and experiments.
• Work with vendor partners on engineering and manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS in EE/ME/CE/CSE or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working directly with deployed HW and SW systems in fast-paced environments.
• Broad knowledge in EE/CE/CS/Mech and ability to quickly learn new topics.
• Strong hands-on experience assembling, working with, and debugging complex hardware/software systems.
• Ability to interact with technical and nontechnical teams to solve problems.
• Working knowledge of an object-oriented programming language.

Nice to have

• High-level understanding of self-driving vehicle systems (sensors, compute, wiring, power, actuators, chassis communication).
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components of modern passenger vehicle control systems.
• C/C++ and Python working knowledge.
• Experience with DMM, oscilloscope, and hand tools.
