TL;DR

Location: Bellevue, WA office; telecommuting permitted only within normal commuting distance

What you will do

  • Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle software development from inception to production.
  • Drive complex changes involving multiple components with quality changes, automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
  • Guide and review product feature changes aligned with roadmaps and build execution plans using user data and market insights.
  • Work in distributed system environments, lead projects with technical ambiguity, add new capabilities, and establish patterns.
  • Take ownership of components or functional areas and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of software development experience.
  • 3 years with C#, Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, or Scala; building REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • 1 year with distributed systems; database engines (Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, Aerospike, Vertica, Redis); building microservices and Kubernetes.
