Salary: $200,000–$245,000

hirify.global is building a CI Reliability Platform that empowers engineering teams to identify flaky tests, understand build failures, and ship code faster.

What you will do

• Design and build data pipelines, storage systems, and backend services for flaky test and CI products.
• Lead a team of engineers through complex distributed systems and data infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate pain points into robust technical solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions for scale, reliability, and future AI/agentic integrations.
• Ship independently with high autonomy and significant ownership over the data platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend/infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on data processing pipelines and distributed systems.
• Experience leading teams of 2+ engineers on complex technical projects.
• Track record of building and operating systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Rust and Python, with familiarity in TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, AWS, Kubernetes, and Dagster.
• Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid office attendance.
