What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain TT-Telemetry, a C++-based service for collecting and exporting device-level metrics.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to identify and surface critical architectural metrics.
• Design efficient web GUIs for observing device- and cluster-level state and monitoring utilization.
• Develop ingestion pipelines for industry-standard telemetry systems such as Prometheus.
• Define the long-term architecture of hirify.global’s distributed telemetry stack.

Requirements

• Strong C++ engineering skills for both low-level environments and distributed systems design.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or ClickHouse.
• Solid understanding of data structures for manipulating large volumes of data and familiarity with SQL databases.
• Knowledge of networking and communication across large clusters.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance), which may depend on citizenship or residency status.
